How we protect your private information:
We are the only animal hospital in SW Florida that can guarantee no one accesses your name, address, phone number, email, and pet information unless you authorize it. Our software is not online. Instead, its held in it's own internal structure, including away from the software's original creator. This makes our job harder, but it protects you.
Why?
In veterinary medicine, companies who administer hospital software also are the same companies who sell product and materials to vet hospitals. We see this as a conflict of interest. They update the software and 'share' client and patient stats with their partners, sometimes without your knowledge, and sometimes without the animal hospital knowing. This is similar to other information gathering techniques carried out by Chewy, 1800petmeds, and other online stores. It happens, and we don't want to contribute to the practice.
